Complimentary Client Consultation

A one-hour meeting held at a mutually convenient time enables us to learn about you and your business. We discuss the challenges you face in business and brainstorm ways to overcome them, as well as your goals and the future direction you want your business to take.

Targeted Accounting Solution

After considering the items raised in the initial consultation, Archer Business Consulting will develop a customised proposal to meet the needs of your business. Each service contained in the quote will be specifically selected to achieve a desired outcome. A second meeting is then held to discuss the proposal and ensure both parties are satisfied. If necessary, modifications are made to the proposal to enable a final annual fee to be determined and agreed upon.

Quote Acceptance

Once the final annual fee is established, a supply agreement is issued for client review and signature. Archer Business Consulting then handles all correspondence with the existing accountant, if applicable, to ensure that there is no professional objection in the appointment of Archer Business Consulting as your new business adviser. Once confirmation of this is received, Archer Business Consulting is appointed as the registered agent with the Australian Taxation Office, and Australian Securities and Investment Commission.

Ongoing Business Advice

Quarterly meetings are conducted to perform the services agreed upon during the previous stage. These services may include the review of business performance, industry analysis, budget preparation, cash flow analysis, or the establishment setting and measurement of the achievement of business goals.
